mmm...muffins

So last night I made muffins again. I tripled the recipe, cause I wanted to have enough to go around.

They are cream cheese and they taste pretty good. Not as happy with them as I am with the apple cinnamon ones though.

Also, last night, while mixing the batter, apprently it got a little thick and my hand mixer..well...died. Smoke came out of it and everything. Maybe I really do need to get a wire wisk and some wooden spoons.

Oh well...Anyways, sorry mom and dad for breaking your gift to me.
Tonight is my first board and card game party. I hope it goes well. I honestly don't know who is showing up besides the Jens and Josh. But who knows. It should be a good time...and if now one shows up...well I guess...uh...I'll work on putting together my weight bench more...
