I need to stop

So yesterday, and this morning. well...moslty yesterday, I had quite the stream of profanity leave my mouth and, well, it was a little uncalled for (I think one of the phrases was, "that is f**king f**ktarded") and this morning I swore in a meeting...

I need to stop swearing at work. I know most people around me are used to it, but why should they have to be?

I think I'm gonna try harder not to use the language...
