Costco Joining, lasagna making, drug show watching day

So on Sunday, we headed out to Costco and joined up. We started our Costo Savings by buying freezer bags, chicken, pork, muffins, cereal, raisins and a few other things So our first purchase was quite abit more then the purchases over all but it did include the $45 joining fee. So we'll see how this goes, I guess.

I decided on Saturday to try my hand at making Lasagna on Sunday. So after I broke up the chicken and pork into into freezer bags and put them in the freezer, I cleaned up and started making Lasagna. It wasn't overly diffucult, although was a bit curious about how it was gonna work when the noodles were going across the pan, but had an inch or two on either side. It sure took a long time to make. About 50-60 minutes to prepare and another 60 minutes to cook and 15 minutes to cool. So...it isn't something to make to do during a short time spane.

It turned out pretty well. so I was pretty happy.

We spent the evening wacthing the history channel about various drugs and stuff. It was kinda interesting. I knew a bit of it, but some of it I didn't. It was about how they act on the body, plus how they evolved through the ages, including their legal status. Interesting to say the least.
