So a few years ago, I made a decision to stop drinking milk. I don't really remember why, but I did. Recently, because of cooking, I've had milk in the house again. So I had it on my cereal one morning and enjoyed it. So because it's cheaper, and you can dip cookies into it, I made the decision to go back to milk.
I didn't really cut dairy out of my diet, just milk...cause I couldn't live without cheese or ice cream...so as long as it's in there, why not milk too?
