Double Cooking meal day!

So today, I woke up before Shannon and kinda dinked around for a little bit in bed, read and what, finally I had to get out of bed, so I headed down stairs.

When Shannon woke up, she said that she wanted some french toast, so I figure I can do that.

So I make some french toast from my favorite cookbook. So I added some cinnamon and some sugar and some vanilla. They tasted good... But this being the first time I've really made french toast, I think I over soaked the bread a little much. They turned out ok though, they did taste good.

Then we cleaned.

Then I made some dinner. I made meat loaf again. I modified the recpie a bit, cause apprently though I have lots of spices, but I don't have any sage. So I added some cayenne pepper, but I ddn't think I added enough cause you really couldn't taste it. Bu tI think i turned out much better then last time. But i also think that my oven temp is off a little bit. It was supposed take 45-60 minutes and ending up taking 1 hour and 30 minutes. I even turned up the temp at the end so that the inner meat temp would get up to the 160 degrees. But it turned out great, so, that's all good. I guess I just need to buy an oven thermometer.
