So I was reading my comics this morning, and Stone Soup really stood out at me.

You know what my favorite presents have been (not necessarily christmas)? The jeans quilt my mom made for me, this blanket knitted for me by a sunday school teacher. Gifts from friends where it's like I was going along, saw this, and thought of you (at some random time).

I like looking at the lights, and there's a big display at this church up the street. But sometimes people just really confuse the issues. There's this display in front of a house just a few blocks up. It has a baby Jesus in the manger, with Santa and reindeer looking over they baby. The Abominable snow man is holding up the star. It's just so...confused.
