insurance

So I called the place that my friend Brandon gets his home insurance through and got a quote from them (quote number two).

I then called an independant insurance company. Which is basically right across the street from the first company that I got a quote from. I sat on hold for about 9 minutes and then it hung up on me.

Why kind of customer service is that? Not offering to let me leave a message, just hanging up on me? Yeah...they're not getting a call back.
