Excersize Bike Breaking

So after inconsistant use (Because of moving), the same part finally gave up the ghost again. This is so stupid. How can a company just keep fixing it with these faulty parts? Are they hoping that people DON'T use the thing?

I've gotta go buy something that isn't gonna break. But first I have to get my money back.
