Pear Danish

Yeah...that's pear. Proctor came to me this morning and told me that it must be a good coffee morning, I agreed and we got Brandon and we headed to La Mie.

I picked up a cherry danish for one of my co-workers, got myself a Mocha and a pear danish. Brandon ordered a Mocha and a slice of quiche. Proctor ran across the street to pick up his pants and probably got his Americano.

So while Proctor was getting his pants from the dry cleaners, Brandon and I saw down and ate our things. Brandon thought the quiche was really good. Let me tell you...the pear danish was really good. You could see the slices of pears running across the jelly filled middle and contained in a lightly powdered flakey pastery. Mmmmm...So good...
