Vanilla Cinnamon Pancakes

In experimenting with pancakes this morning, I decided to add a little flare. I've done apple (turned out good, but needed to have smaller apple slices), so I figured, why not some nummy vanilla?

So to a basic pancake recipie (How to cook everything), I added a tablespoon of real vanilla and sprinkeled cinnamon (probably a teaspoon or so) on to the batter.

It turned out really good. I think the vanilla was maybe a bit too strong, maybe...but Shannon liked 'em too.
