Pictures and chocolate

The other day we were watching Animal Planet and there was a kitty on the tv that was meowing quite a bit, and it really peaked George's curiousity.

Yesterday we bought a lot of chocolate. And I mean a freakin lot.

We bought a one pound block dark dark unsweetened chocolate to use as baking chocolate (we only needed 6 oz but they only sell the block by the pound), and around 32 oz of semi-sweet chocolate crumbles, then bought something that we thought was way cute for Nate and Jenny, Plus boxes of chocolate for all the people that we'll be visiting for the Holidays. The dark dark chocolate and the semisweet chocolate are going to be used to make Nuclear Brownies for my snack day at my office. Ahh, you just gotta love the Stam Chocolate.

On the matter of pictures, I took a little time to figure out the growing space requirements for pictures. Here's just a general idea:

1999 to Oct 2005 on my 2.1 megapixel Kodak DC210 - just under 1 GB of pictures (2505 Pictures)
October 2005 to present on the 5 megapixel Cannon PowerShot SD550 - 1.92 GB of pictures (660 pictures)

Of course the frequency of pictures has gone up as well. I love the smallness of the camera. Easy to put in the pocket and take somewhere as opposed to the old one where it was just kinda big and bulkuy (but still not huge).
