More Potassium, less Salt....
So I went to the doctor this morning, and I came out with just slightly lower blood pressure, and suggestion to keep loosing weight and the urge to add more Potassium and less salt to my diet.

So yeah...some of my favorite things are on the side of things I probably shouldn't eat or at least cut back on. But Frozen peas? come on...their peas!
So I've got my sleep study next week. And the following week another Doctor's appointment. The doc wanted me to check my blood pressure at home so I now kinda have to go out and buy the blood pressure thingy. So time to do some research on the internet!
