Joseph and I took a trip this week up to the Story City Locker. The facility was very clean, they gave us a nice tour, including the kill floor and areas where they make sausage. We had a nice discussion with the Chef making sausage. I'm looking forward to good things from this place. I have said for quite a while, we could use with an upscale, but still small, meat processor. I'm pretty excited about this.
