So I had a nice relaxing lunch earlier in the week (snow storm day, which I'm having trouble remembering which day that was) at The Cheese Shop. So I sat down, ate the specials of the day (which were both really good) but what I took away, was something I think Shannon will really like. Ricotta and strawberry jam grilled like a grilled cheese. Yep..messy, but super delicious.
