So I'm sitting here and Beggar's night is almost over and so far 11 kids (most with parents) have come to my door. 11! I don't get it. I remember being pumped up about Halloween and getting free candy and coming home with big bags of it. I don't know...it just seems like we become more a more untrusting and just can't do the things. Or that for some reason it's associated with evil or whatever. It's just silly. I remember the news specials about x-raying candy. We are too paranoid. I suppose there are jerks out there that want to ruin the fun for everyone, but it just seems silly.
So here i am, 5 minutes left...11 kids...
Oh well...I guess I'm gonna have a lot of leftover candy.
Update...4 more...total of 15...time to go.
