So I went and got my final quotes from Allstate and paid my first year of home owners insurance (suprisingly cheap) and my first 6 months of auto insurance through them.

So I got a discount for having auto and home through them and a discount for never making an insurance claim and having a good credit rating and the biggest one of all...buying a BRICK HOUSE. The diffrence in the building material between brick and non-brick is pretty amazing.

So total cost for the year of home and 6 months of auto: $677.01
