Yes, Pancakes, for dinner. Buttermilk. We had a whole bunch of Buttermilk left over from when I made Pumpkin Spice muffins, so it was probably a good thing to do. to use, rather then wait until it expires and then toss it.

So it's easy to make pancakes. Like really easy. It's kinda surprising that they have the mix in boxes...Oh well...

They cooked up nice and Shannon liked 'em. I think they were good too.

I tried twice to make my skillet pan sized, and the first try was kind of a failure, but the second try it fliped over nicely.

Mmmmm...pancakes.

Lots of leftover...Maybe I'll make 'em for breakfast...
