So I went shopping for breakfast stuff and some other stuff to put in my lunch...and was just absolutly amazed at how much stuff had sodium in it. I eventually found some things that were a higher percent recommended daily allowence of potassium then sodium. I also bought a lot of dried fruits (raisins, plums, etc) cause they are also high in potsassium.
I checked the "healthy" food isle and the pasta sauces in there are none that I found that are less in sodium.
I was shopping for an hour and only came out with a basket full of grocerys...
Oh well...I guess that's what change is about.
