So because Chicken Alfredo Lasagna was something that Shannon was craving (Chef's Kitchen) I made a version of it.
I took the lasagna recipe from the side of the box, and replaced the beef or sausage with chicken (pan cooked with a bit of olive oil), cut into small pieces. And the marinara sauce with Alfredo.
It was almost completely white. there were a few pepper flakes in there (I still need to get white pepper), but it turned out really good and we have lots of leftovers! (mmm...lunches).
I did add a little more Alfredo sauce then I should have, so the pan almost over flowed (it actually did on the counter when I made the first cut into it).
I also used the lasagna server for the first time :)
