Lamb Pie (sorta)

So I put together some ground lamb, corn, peas, an onion, olive oil, some flour, some salt and a bunch of pepper to make the insides of what I meant to be a sort of shepherds pie...I used most of what was left of the cheese puff dough as a crust. The problem is that the cheese puff dough is very sticky and doesn't really lead it self to be rolled out, let alone made into a pie or pocket type of thing.

So I got the dough as flat as I could and cooked it in the oven, while the lamb mixture simmered.

We put the lamb mixture over pieces of the cheese puffs....sort of like biscuits and gravy or toast points

It turned out pretty good. I was happy.
