This week I'll be cooking out of The Irish Spirit: Recipes Inspired by the Legendary Drinks of Ireland. One of the things I really wanted to make, Medieval Stew with Stout (p 51), was very time consuming...so I'll have to do it some other time when I have lots of time to cook...or for a movie night.
