So I'm getting tired of spam at home...so I decided I'd conduct a little experiment...
I have this email address, other then my own, where it has a catch all setup for it. So if you sent an email to th or blah or whatever at turnsout.com it'd go to this other email address. So yesterday I noticed that over the last 10 days I had gotten 1500 spam emails. That's right, 1500. My local junk mail filter catches about 98% of them...but even with that, it's still annoying to have to deal with.
So I turned off the catch all filter. and 10 days from yesterday I'm gonna see how much spam was coming to non-real addresses at my domain.
Oh and this is a notice to everyone out there. I will NEVER buy things from an email solicitation.
