So I didn't ask for anything, cause what I really don't want is special treatment. I guess it is nice to do it, but I would rather have Mediacom treat all their customers better, not just me.
I basiaclly told him that I thought it wasn't acceptable to have to wait for 7 days (5 full business days) for service. They should have a Service Level Agreement and if they can't meet those times, then they know they need to hire more people (ok I didn't mention the part about the hiring, but I did mention SLA's).
Anyways, he said he'd pass it on to the VP in our area.
So we'll see.
On the other hand, DirecTV's idea of OnDemand is laughable. Menu, click, click click, and I'm watching something that I just started. I think they could probably partner with netflix or some other hoping to be sending it across the internet or something. Even if it's delayed a bit..
He tried to sell the idea Pay Per View as OnDemand...but it's not the same thing...It's really really not the same thing. It will be curious to see how things go.
My realtor wants us to look at this new development going up in Clive, so we're going to... We made a decision a while back to put a search on hold for a while we recoup from the expenses from the wedding. But we also said that if something that we both agreed would be a great place to live came up, then we would go for it...but if not, we'd improve this place and make it more livable.
So we'll see. The description sounds nice...especially the kitchen...
